Role overview :
The company is looking for a results-driven marketing professional to own and drive the acquisition and conversion strategies for our academic programs. As a Marketing Manager, you will design and execute data-driven marketing plans to position our Bachelor's, Master's, and MBA programs, while ensuring alignment with institutional goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities :
· Marketing Plan Development :
o Design, implement, monitor, and optimize marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and achieve enrolment goals.
o Carry out continuous research to deeply understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
o Work closely with our agency to execute impactful marketing initiatives and improve our paid campaigns.
o Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to create cross-program and cross-campus campaigns.
o Develop and integrate event-based strategies into the overall content marketing plan, using events as a powerful tool to generate and nurture leads.
· Content Strategy :
o Design the content strategy for the programs, working with cross-functional teams to develop content that drives engagement and supports enrolment goals. This includes planning and curating content across multiple platforms (web, email, social, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and resonate with target audiences. Results-Driven Performance:
Monitor and analyse KPIs throughout the marketing and sales funnels to track progress and identify growth opportunities.

o Leverage internal synergies by collaborating closely with the Sales, Communications, and Program teams.
o Ensure the consistency and relevance of all communication materials directed to potential candidates, including website content, emails, brochures, ads, branding campaigns, and more.

· Optimize lead generation strategies:
Develop and implement targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads and increase conversion rates across all channels.
· Track and report on performance metrics:
Regularly report on marketing campaign performance, analysing key metrics and offering actionable insights to improve future strategies.
· Manage the marketing budget:
Ensure optimal resource allocation and work closely with the agency to continuously refine strategies and drive improved results.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders:
Work closely with Sales, Program, and Comms teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with recruitment objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends:
Continuously monitor the latest developments in digital marketing, higher education trends, and competitive strategies to inform campaign strategies.
· Improve student journey touchpoints:
Analyse and optimize touchpoints along the student journey to ensure seamless engagement and improve conversion rates from lead to enrolment.
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in marketing, communications, or journalism
· Advanced level of English and Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills.
· Proven experience in marketing or related fields, ideally within the educational sector.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to optimize marketing strategies and performance.
