This remote-first role offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging with travel operators worldwide and helping to drive business growth.Sales Development Representative Key Responsibilities:- Connect with potential clients via email and calls- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams- Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track and manage opportunities- Follow up on inbound leads from events, email, web forms, and partner referrals.- Qualify leads and hand over well-prepared opportunities to the sales team.- Support data reporting, clean-up, and analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.Sales Development Representative Experience and Skills Required:- Experience in sales role or a similar role within travel industry or travel tech- Knowledge and understanding of the travel tech industry- Fluent in English and Spanish- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills- Experience with CRM tools and a proactive, goal-driven mindset- Ability to prioritize and manage workload- Confidence in working remotely and independently within a supportive team Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google WorkspaceSales Development Representative Additional Details:- Salary €25,000 -€35,000 per year + bonus- Fully Remote position with flexibility- Opportunity for internal progression inside the company- International team and supportive environment
