Job Description: We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for FREELANCE Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to succeed.
Who is a Trader?
1. The trader understands the business and values each customer and supplier.
2. The trader negotiates prices to close deals.
3. The trader understands and anticipates the needs of customers/suppliers.
4. The trader manages customers and suppliers with autonomy and professionalism.
5. The trader closes deals and meets budget goals to earn bonuses.
6. The trader acts as a partner of the company and is compensated with approximately 35% of the profits generated by closed deals.
Important Note: We are looking exclusively for HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADER candidates who aspire to meet budget goals for considerable bonuses. The best traders in the company usually earn over €6,000 per month, with no maximum limits on bonuses, calculated as a percentage of profits generated.
As a Freelance Trader, you will be able to:
1. Develop and manage a diversified portfolio of customers and suppliers.
2. Exceed monthly sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship nurturing.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities.
4. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
5. Build strong internal relationships and stay up to date on market trends.
6. Identify growth opportunities through lead follow-up and customer/supplier research.
7. Engage with potential customers and suppliers to understand needs and provide customized solutions.
8. Drive the sales process to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
9. Populate the sales pipeline through various methods and ensure lead quality.
10. Source, negotiate, and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Fluency in SPANISH/GERMAN/SERBIAN/CROATIAN/CZECH/SLOVAK and at least C1 level language skills in English/Italian. Additional languages are a plus.
2. Ability to adapt to different time zones.
3. Ambition and eagerness to build a thriving sales career.
