Job Overview: IGT Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization, with a focus on candidates who are fluent in German. This role requires strong recruitment skills, fluency in English, and the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for all-speaking roles across various departments.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
* Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach, to identify and engage -speaking candidates.
* Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and language proficiency.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and negotiating terms.
* Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide timely and clear communication to candidates regarding their application status, interview feedback, and offer details.
* Address candidate queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market insights to management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
* Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
* Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with a focus on recruiting German-speaking candidates.
* Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, as well as standard office applications.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
