Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Sr. Manager, Hospital Division!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of hardware and/ or software solutions for hospital environments, and an in-depth understanding of Spain’s public healthcare landscape. A well-established network of contacts in the industry is essential.
Role and Responsibilities:
Business Development
-Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Spanish healthcare sector
-Build a strong sales pipeline and convert into revenue growth for the Hospitals & Health Systems division of Teladoc Spain
-Take full ownership of commercial processes, including commercial proposal writing, revenue forecasting, pipeline management in CRM, etc.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives, public health authorities, and technology partners
-Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint within hospitals and healthcare providers
Market & Industry Expertise:
-Further refine commercial strategy for Spain by providing insights on Spain’s public healthcare system, funding structures, and key decision-making processes
-Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
-Adapt global solutions to align with Spain’s hospital requirements and regulations
Project Management:
-Oversee the implementation of hospital technology projects from inception to execution
-Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions within hospital environments
-Work closely with internal and external teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing support and relationship management
Skill Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, business development, and project management within the Spanish hospital sector
-Experience with hospital hardware solutions and/or strong expertise in hospital software systems
-Deep understanding of how hospitals operate, including public health regulations, procurement processes, and functional areas
-Existing network of contacts within hospitals, health authorities, and key industry stakeholders in Spain
-Strong ability to manage multiple projects and drive execution in a complex healthcare environment
-Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, healthcare management, or a related field
