Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate and execute corporate events that reinforce the company's image, drive customer interaction and foster internal cohesion. The planner will be responsible for ensuring that events meet strategic objectives and are delivered efficiently, creatively and within budget.
Main Responsibilities
* Event design and planning:
* Define the objectives of each event in collaboration with internal teams.
* Develop creative concepts and themes aligned with corporate identity.
* Develop detailed timelines for all phases of the event.
Logistical and operational management:
* Select and negotiate with suppliers (catering, venues, audiovisual, transport, etc.).
* Supervise logistical aspects such as locations, permits, technology and assembly.
* Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Budget management:
* Prepare budgets and strictly monitor costs.
* Identify opportunities for financial optimisation without compromising quality.
Coordination and communication:
Act as a central point of contact between internal customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Lead planning meetings and provide regular updates on progress.
Real-time monitoring:
Be present during events to manage any incidents and ensure proper flow of activities.
Post-event evaluation and analysis:
Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Reporting results to measure success and propose future improvements.
Job Requirements (M/F/D)
Location: Alicante and/or surrounding area.
Academic Background:
Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, Tourism, or related careers.
Availability to travel.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years planning and executing corporate events.
Experience in budget management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Skills:
* Advanced handling of project management and planning tools (Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).
* Knowledge of presentation and graphic design software (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
* Fluency in English, other languages (French, German, etc.) desirable.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to solve problems under pressure.
