Job Title: Account Management Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to join our Account Management team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase share of wallet.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage programs and build products that meet customer needs.
* Performance Measurement: Analyze performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, and address them effectively.
* Account Management: Grow new volume through existing accounts, increase share of wallet, and ensure profitability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
* Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership
* Ability to prioritize and demonstrate discipline in setting and achieving goals
* Native Spanish and professional English
* Strong data management capacity (Excel, SQL, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA
* Experience in B2C logistics industry
* Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools
