Job Description : About HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) : HPE Financial Services delivers investment solutions that help maximize the full potential of IT, enabling better business outcomes.
By providing flexible services and capabilities that support the entire IT lifecycle, we partner with customers globally to develop investment strategies that increase business agility and scale technology with speed and confidence. The HPFS Sales Associate supports a team of Account Executives and Account Managers by handling various sales activities that improve productivity and drive better results.
This role involves performing a wide range of sales and administrative tasks, allowing AEs and AMs to focus more on selling within their assigned accounts.
The SA role includes an overlay quota based on the direct quotas assigned to the AEs and AMs it supports.
Responsibilities :
* Serve as an additional point of contact for customers and partners.
* Filter and complete business requests independently.
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate salesperson.
* Maintain regular communication with AEs and AMs, providing updates on ongoing activities.
* Perform administrative sales tasks essential to achieving the team’s sales objectives.
* Assist in updating sales funnel / pipeline data in a timely manner.
* Proactively follow up with customers and partners on proposals and required documentation to ensure timely completion.
Education and Experience Required :
* First level university degree or equivalent experience required.
* Typically 3+ or more years of related work experience.
* Fluent in Spanish and / or Italian.
* Proactive, responsive, and accountable approach.
* Understanding of finance and IT industry trends.
* Strong interest in developing a career in sales.
* Multilingual skills are a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in virtual team environments.
