About the Role
As Client Services Director, you will:
* Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery.
* Shape the creative voice of the agency while collaborating with top-tier professionals across the US - working closely with the CCO.
* Lead a team of client service professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
* Collaborate with creative, strategy, and medical teams to develop engaging, compliant healthcare marketing campaigns.
* Represent the agency in key client meetings, working to build trust and long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) – ability to communicate effectively with local clients.
* Proven experience in pharma/healthcare advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
* A track record of managing large accounts and leading client service teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
