JOB SUMMARY:
Portwest is seeking a highly skilled Infor M3 Solutions Architect to design and implement innovative solutions for our global footprint. This role is critical in enhancing our manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating continuous improvement strategies into the IT roadmap, leveraging the Infor M3 ERP system to drive significant transformation and value addition.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Solution Design: Develop and design solutions that optimize the use of Infor M3 across our global operations in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
* Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement strategies to ensure ongoing enhancement of the Infor M3 system, aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.
* IT Roadmap Integration: Contribute to the development and execution of the IT roadmap, ensuring that Infor M3 solutions are an integral part of our strategic plans.
* Global Footprint Management: Oversee and manage the deployment of Infor M3 solutions across different regions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in processes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
* Transformation and Value Addition: Lead initiatives to transform business processes and add significant value through the effective use of the Infor M3 ERP system.
* Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP solutions design and implementation, specifically with Infor M3.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Infor M3 ERP system, including modules related to manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
* Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications in Infor M3 or related technologies are a plus.
