Responsibilities:
* Build logistics partners relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.
* Lead recurrent business review meetings with key transportation 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup.
* Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.
* Support the onboarding of new logistics partners in the platform from an operational point of view (cut off times, capacities, SLAs, etc).
* Work with different internal & external stakeholders in diverse projects to improve continuously service levels & bring efficiency into operations.
* Problem solving mindset to anticipate operational issues and proactively improve logistics service level.
Job Requirements:
* More than 3 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.
* Good relationship with logistics partners, mainly domestic courier companies in Spain.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.
* Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.
* Attention to detail and communication skills.
* Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.
* Thrive in fast-paced environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
* Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
