Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete customer journey, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, deliver customized solutions, and foster customer loyalty.
* Work in partnership with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve the customer experience and optimize workflows.
* Track customer usage and engagement metrics to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Perform regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure clients are achieving their desired results with our products.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements and service improvements.
* Create and implement strategies aimed at reducing churn and boosting customer retention rates.
Requirements:
* Native Dutch speaker with a B2 level of proficiency in English.
* Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or account management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance customer experiences.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools.
