We are looking for a Head of Service Professional Spain reporting to Regional Director Service Professional to lead and expand the Miele Professional products and services in Spain.
The sucessfull candidate will lead a team of Professional Technicians and will collaborate closely with the sales and backoffice team to deliver outstanding services in the B2B segment.
The role
* Lead and manage the respective Professional Service business in the country and implement clear Service strategy Competencies/Skills for position
* Define the required services for the Customer segments and markets in the country to secure profitable Professional Service business performance
* Implement international objectives for Service locally across the country performance
* Collaborates on equal level with Head of Sales Professional HCS/ LMD in the Country
Responsabilities
* Sustainable and profitable Service growth of Net Sales, gross margin, market share and volume growth inline / above targets (budgets)
* Definition and execution of Country Service strategy (Service Contracts, pricing, direct vs. indirect, etc.), Aligned decisions with Regional
* Elaboration and implementation of Service strategies and plans for the Customer segments and markets in the area of responsibility / accountability
* Delivery of service excellence KPIs
* Represents the Country for Professional Service in regional Service meetings
* Accountable for implementation of regional/ international Professional Service guidelines in the Country
* Full P& L and budget responsibility (input, follow up and correction to deliver targets)
* Participates actively in leadership team meetings of the country and in the region
* Competencies/Skills
* Graduate/ Post Graduate
* 5+ years business experience
* 2+ years experience in heading a Service business
* Experience in Service management as well as Service operations
* Experience in working across borders in an International frame (optional)
* Good understanding of Service business in B2B
* Strong track record of successfully growing Service business
* Customer centric mindset
* Exceptional leadership capabilities
* Strong relationship and networking skills, open and willing to engage other roles and
* departments when appropriate
* Highly performance / result oriented and proactive
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Spanish
