Insure and manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
1. Map the current and potential market within the area.
2. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions.
3. Secure that opportunities turn into orders.
4. Demonstrate products and build relevant competence and know-how through trainings and courses for existing as well as potential customers. Train customers on how to use the products.
5. Create, maintain and execute customer plans.
6. Negotiate and set agreements with local key accounts within agreed frames.
7. Execute daily sales activities within the area.
8. Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers within the area.
9. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal connections, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
10. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
11. Analyze, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.
12. Educate customers on features, advantages, and benefits of available products.
13. Create offers and negotiate processes with customers.
14. Deal quickly and efficiently with all customer complaints within company guidelines. Cooperate closely with Product Management regarding claims.
15. Map the current competitor’s position and market share. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the Regional Sales Director.
16. Analyze market dynamics and inform the Regional Sales Director if changes are needed.
17. Utilize a data-driven approach to sales.
18. Select the right segments in the product range to achieve success.
19. Visit new and existing customers.
20. Use Outlook for all activities.
21. Assist customers with day-to-day questions.
22. Weekly maintenance of the CRM system to ensure data is updated.
23. Create offers and negotiate prices.
24. Submit monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Director.
25. Participate in fairs to promote Geveko Markings.
26. Attend trainings to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
27. Lobby through influencers in the markets.
28. Provide management support.
29. Reach the budget.
