What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an International Sales Manager to join our team.
This role requires a proactive leader who can identify business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and expand our international market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international real estate sales and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and convert international clients.
* Monitor and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage.
* Keeping track of sales targets and providing regular reports on progress and challenges to management.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build partnerships with international agencies to drive sales growth.
* Represent the company at international real estate events, trade shows, and networking functions.
* Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities to expand TM Real Estate Group global brand.
Team Management & Leadership:
* Lead and manage a team of international sales professionals.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Performance & Compliance:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
* Ensure compliance with local and international real estate regulations.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate or similar, experience in international sales, and a strong network of international clients, agencies, and business partners.
The candidate should also possess good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Finally, the candidate should be willing to travel internationally as required and available to work onsite in Torrevieja.
