The new data platform will require a deep expertise and strong technical knowledge,Job Overview: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing data projects.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the program from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards throughout project execution.Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data-related projects.Strong understanding of data management concepts, tools, and analytics processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Preferred Skills:Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms.Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
