The FP&A Senior Analyst manages the daily transactional operations of FP&A processes to deliver services that meet business needs, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and lead the process of solving operational issues. The area of responsibility covers FP&A for the Care Enablement business entity in Spain. Main focus is on commercial P&L, including internal and external revenues, costs of revenues and business-related SG&A.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Preparation of periodic financial reports for group purposes
* Preparation of management reports
* Analysis of the profitability of the company and its organizational units
* Preparing the budgets and forecasts of the company's organizational units and controlling their implementation
* Assist Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget / forecast
* Calculation of provisions and write-downs
* Calculation of investment profitability
* Cooperation with the Accounting, Operational and Medical Departments
* Participation in international and local projects
* Supporting process transfer to GBS and standardization of the activities
* Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs
Education:
* Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance)
* CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus

* Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding

* Experience in BI tools is an asset

* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English language in the business environment
* Fluency in Spanish language
