Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés. We are looking for a Digital Asset Librarian to expand their team. You will work closely with the Digital Asset Management platform (DAM), BI global platform for storing, managing, and sharing our creative content within the global content creation and utilization model. What would your duties be? Perform data entry for digital records in the DAM database following specific standardsReceive digital files and metadata in correct packagesEvaluate packages and take appropriate action to ensure complete metadata records, including licensing and copyright requirementsCreate links between recordsSupport creative agencies provision of digital assets according to guidelinesCommunicate with creative agencies to give follow up and ensure that the established calendar of digital assets delivery is completed according to the defined timeframesBreak down composite assets into modular assetsReview data entry of files and folders created in the DAM database to ensure adherence to standards and terminological accuracyReview DAM database records classificationCompile statistics on the accomplishmentsManage data upload requests into DAM ensuring metadata is complete and accurateOrganize and process data relating to basic tickets in MyServices Which are the requirements for this position?
