We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Senior Manager with an established network within Tier 1 Telcos in the UK. This role is 80% new business development and 20% existing client management, demanding a strong hunter mentality. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, landing, and executing high-value strategic deals within the UK telecom industry. While relationships with executives in Germany, France, Spain, and Italy are a plus,
an extensive UK-based telecom network is a must.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to secure major telecom partnerships.
2. Leverage existing C-suite and senior executive relationships within Tier 1 UK Telcos to drive revenue growth.
3. Identify and land large-scale, transformative business deals in the telecom industry.
4. Work independently as a 100% individual contributor, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
5. Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new growth opportunities across the UK and broader EMEA region.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level networking engagements.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven track record of securing and executing multi-million-pound deals in the telecom sector.
2. Deep, established relationships with key stakeholders in Tier 1 UK Telcos (e.g., C-suite and senior leadership).
3. Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
4. Ability to strategically map out and execute business opportunities within telecom markets.
5. Comfortable working as an individual contributor—this is not a people-management role.
6. A team-player mindset—success in this role requires cross-functional collaboration.
7. Understanding of cybersecurity or telecom security solutions is a plus.
