What you will do
1. Design A/B experiments to evaluate the impact of changes we make to the product using statistical methodologies;
2. Use expert level SQL & Python & optionally R programming to develop data pipelines, write complex queries, and perform deep dive data analysis;
3. Break down nuanced, complex data for partners, keeping context at the forefront of communication;
4. Develop and automate reports in Tableau, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for business priorities;
5. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations;
6. Define and monitor key KPI's; investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps;
7. Contribute to our team and company data culture through accessible database design and maintenance;
Must haves
1. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the following:
2. SQL;
3. Python;
4. Business intelligence tools like Tableau;
5. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel;
6. Data platforms like Snowflake and DBT;
7. Strong exploratory data analysis and data visualization skills;
8. Deep understanding of relational databases and data warehousing;
9. Working knowledge of Airflow, Nomad and other deployment tools;
10. Git PR workflows;
11. Lean heavier on Data science skills - preferable to have mix of SQL/Data science rather than just SQL;
12. Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
1. Startup & PropTech/Real Estate industry experienced preferred but not required;
2. Knowing R programming is a bonus;
3. Working knowledge of various machine learning techniques and 1-2 years experience in building and deploying ML/AI solutions;
