Account Manager, Advertising Role for People with Disability (PWD)
Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will work closely with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies that drive incremental revenue and grow advertisers' investment on Amazon.
About the Job
This role is open to candidates who hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, pursuant to Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29, approving the Spanish PwD Act. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level sales and customer service to clients while retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers.
Main Responsibilities
1. Become knowledgeable about Amazon Advertising solutions and deliver exceptional client service.
2. Retail and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
3. Develop annual brand and media strategies based on overall advertiser goals.
4. Design campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations using data-focused insights.
5. Evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaign performance.
6. Analyze data to form actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategies.
7. Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends, and consumer insights.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive revenue growth and increase advertiser satisfaction.
Requirements
* Candidate must hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain.
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing, analytics, etc.
* Adept at solving business and technology-related problems.
* Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
* Proven track record of delivering results and contributing to revenue growth.
* Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
* Programmatic strategy and implementation experience.
* Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing.
