As an organization in hyper-growth, the acquisition of New Customers is incredibly important to us. Everyone contributes to our hyper-growth, but the one of the largest contributions comes from our highly engaged and international New Sales Team.
We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a New Sales Manager with:
* 5+ years experience in (ideally Software) Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Management Consultancy
* Strategic and customer-centric thinking to attract and acquire new customers
* Excellent negotiation skills, closing small & medium-sized B2B deals. Ideally, also large B2B deals.
* Experience engaging all levels of the customer organization: from the end-user to the C-level
* Technical adeptness, ability to quickly learn about complex products and be able to explain their value to prospects
* Structured way of working with impeccable CRM Management. Ideally, experience working with an Outbound software
* Sales Techniques-Know-how such as Account Based Marketing, PEDDICC and similar techniques.
* Passion for hyper-growth environments with an agile and highly proactive way of working
* Growth- and solution-oriented mindset, while very collaborative
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Fluency in English and German or Arabic
* Ownership and a collaborative approach towards other departments such as Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.
* Ideally, experience in the OSINT or cybersecurity market
Our New Sales Managers are responsible for:
Achieving your Sales Quota through the following:
* Sales activities:
* Call and email our prospects
* Demonstrate our product and explain our value proposition (on its own and in comparison to our competitors' products)
* Explain Price breakdowns and Contract terms, coming to an agreement with the prospect that benefits both sides
* Outbound campaigns
* Research about new leads and prospects and identify how we can contribute to their goals and solve their pains
* Develop concrete Closing Plans for each new Sale, with accurate and up to date documentation in the CRM
* For Strategic Accounts: development and maintaining Account Plans
* Closing small, medium sized and large deals
* Impeccable handovers to Customer Success Managers, ensuring that new customers are set-up for success from Day 1
* Be up to date on our products developments and how they can help you accelerate your sales
* Most interactions will take place online, on a 1:1 basis with leads generated by the Marketing Team or your own Outbound activities. On top, sometimes you will be invited to participate in conferences or roadshows and generate onsite new leads
