We are now looking for a Training Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will take the lead on designing, implementing, and managing learning and development strategies across all departments, with a special focus on empowering and upskilling our commercial teams.
This is a key position within the organization, collaborating directly with department heads and division leaders to ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with business needs and support our ambitious growth plans.
What will you be doing?
* Design and deliver training plans aligned with company strategy, addressing both short-term and long-term learning needs.
* Proactively identify training needs by working closely with department managers—particularly within the commercial/sales areas.
* Coordinate all aspects of training programs (in-person, online, and hybrid), including scheduling, logistics, communication, and follow-up.
* Lead the onboarding training journey to ensure a seamless integration of new joiners into the company culture and workflows.
* Deliver key trainings (e.g. Salesforce) and support internal trainers and subject matter experts in the delivery of specialized content.
* Monitor the impact of training programs using relevant KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
* Liaise with external training providers to source and tailor content that meets specific business needs.
* Organize and facilitate performance review sessions alongside department leads to connect employee development with business performance.
* Create and continuously update training materials, including manuals, e-learning content, videos, and sales support documentation.
* Stay ahead of trends in learning technologies, methodologies, and employee development tools.
What are we looking for?
* A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Labour Relations, or related field.
* A postgraduate qualification in Learning & Development or Adult Education is a plus.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar training-focused role, preferably within a commercial or fast-paced business environment.
* Strong knowledge of training tools, content development techniques, and delivery methods (face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid).
* Hands-on experience managing and using LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle, Cornerstone).
* Previous experience designing training programs for sales teams or working in sales-driven organizations.
* Solid knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs—experience in training delivery on these platforms is highly valued.
* Excellent English skills (C1 minimum); other languages are a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a people-first mindset and a high level of initiative.
