Your mission will be to provide support to the quality area in construction, carrying out administrative support tasks during the construction of the solar park project in Belinchón, Cuenca.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Construction Quality Manager in all administrative tasks.
2. Execution of administrative tasks related to project contracting: requesting estimates, receiving orders, checking delivery notes, reviewing invoices.
3. Management of documentation relating to site personnel, both Zelestra and subcontractors, for validation through the document platform.
4. Management of the project's documentary archive.
Job Requirements
1. Essential: Occupational risk prevention course in accordance with the applicable agreement, minimum 20 hours.
2. Professional administrative training.
3. Experience with Sharepoint and ERP systems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
