At Claire Joster, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join the Clinical Pharmacology team within PharmaMar, a leading pharmaceutical company driving innovation in oncology research. The chosen candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Clinical Pharmacology and Early Development plan, focusing on drug pharmacodynamics (PD), pharmacokinetics (PK), and PK/PD relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in pharmacology, computational biology, and statistical data analysis to contribute to cutting-edge clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage databases for PD, PK, and PK/PD analyses.
* Conduct descriptive and statistical analyses of pharmacodynamic biomarkers and/or treatment response biomarkers.
* Perform pharmacometric analyses, including non-compartmental analysis (NCA), population pharmacokinetics (popPK), population pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (popPK/PD) analyses, physiologically based pharmacokinetic modelling (PBPK), PBPK/pharmacodynamic modelling (PBPK/PD), and exposure-response analysis.
* Support the Clinical Pharmacology Department in designing and interpreting pharmacometric models to guide clinical development strategies.
* Represent the Clinical Pharmacology Department in meetings with clinical pharmacology teams, as well as other clinical and preclinical departments.
* Collaborate with departments such as Medical Oncology, Biostatistics, and Data Management to ensure robust data analysis and interpretation.
* Provide support for bioanalysis oversight, including the management of biological samples and review/preparation of documents (e.g., validation protocols, PK tables, etc.).
* Work closely with other pharmacometricians and pharmacologists, providing analytical and computational support.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field, with strong knowledge of pharmacology, immunology, computational biology, bioinformatics, and biostatistics.
* A master’s degree and/or a PhD in these fields is highly desirable.

* Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
* Experience in clinical research, particularly in pharmacology and immunology, including authoring scientific publications.
* Knowledge of pharmacometric modeling software (e.g., NONMEM, PK-SIM, Monolix) and bioinformatics or systems biology.
* Experience in bioanalysis and statistical analyses (descriptive, univariate, and multivariate).
* Familiarity with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), genotyping analyses, bioinformatic pipelines, and pharmacogenetics.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary based on experience.
