Oversee EMEA Digital projects for the Fluidra Digital Ecosystem of products and services, act as a buffer between the team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.The main purpose of this role is lead the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, and you'll bereporting directly to the Agile Office Manager based in Spain (Sant Cugat) in order to develop a consistent product, service strategy and value propositions.Your responsibilities:
Lead the Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of the projectsFacilitate the required ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinement and planningCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metCoordinating with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teamsRemove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsResolve conflicts and issues that occur within the teamWork closely with the Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs clear and prioritizedLead the scrum and development teams in self-organizationPromote a continuous improvement mindsetProvide updates on status/progressTo succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
At least 2-3 years of similar experienceMotivated about “IoT and Digital solutions”Having an experience in the field of Software & Application development is a mustSome international exposure required (study and/or work abroad, work experience dealing with international counterparts)Certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban PractitionerKnowledge of Agile process and principlesStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsExperience on scrum/kanban teamsKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum team and coachAbility to work with and lead a teamAbility to adapt to a changing environmentSelf-motivation and ability to stay focusedUse of project management toolsExcellent organizational and time management skillsFluent English & Spanish both written and verbal is a must haveWhat can you expect from Fluidra?A
