As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You drive platform improvements, implement AI capabilities, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Lead the enhancement of the Icertis CLM platform to align with strategic objectives.
* Guide teams in implementing AI capabilities and platform enhancements.
* Facilitate seamless integration of the platform with other systems.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
* Mentor junior staff in strategic planning and client account management.
* Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and risk management.
* Drive continuous improvements and inspire innovative solutions.
* Support contract authoring and automation processes.
What You Must Have
* High School Diploma.
* 6 years of experience in contract management, CLM platforms, or enterprise systems integration.
What Sets You Apart
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management, Law preferred.
* Advanced certifications or studies in paralegal or contracting disciplines are a plus.
* Managing Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
* Collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Leading AI capabilities implementation within Icertis CLM.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
* Managing projects in a managed services environment.
