What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record of 1-2 years in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish, leveraging strong verbal and written skills.
* Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
* A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a memorable guest experience.
* A charismatic Conversationalist, engaging guests with lively discussions.
* A commitment to Improving Customer Satisfaction and upholding industry-leading standards.
* Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
* A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
* Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring our Pacha Family.
* Creative Problem-solver who takes ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
* A Team Player, fostering collaboration and cooperation among our Pacha Family.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrives to work promptly, always adhering to The Pacha Group’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, magnetic appearance.
* Anticipates and caters to guests' needs, delivering Impeccable Service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Ensures there are no complaints about the Front Office Department.
* Demonstrates Knowledge of room types, hotel facilities, dining venues, shop hours, function rooms, and daily events.
* Stays informed about The Pacha Group’s Leadership Team, their roles and availability.
* Complies with Legal Requirements regarding fire safety, bomb threats, and health and safety.
* Attends visionary Training Sessions to stay informed and updated.
* Maintains a clean and organised work area by filing all paperwork on the spot.
* Cultivates a deep understanding of Ibiza’s alluring history, shopping areas, and places of interest.
* Creates a sense of Comfort and Familiarity by addressing guests by their names whenever appropriate.
* Upholds Professional Confidentiality, safeguarding The Pacha Group’s trade secrets with integrity.
* Resolves and Logs guest complaints promptly or escalates them to the appropriate managerial level.
* Checks guests into the hotel without any disruptions, ensuring they receive an authentic, mesmerising experience.
* Complies with Legal Requirements by accurately copying and filing guest passports upon arrival and adheres to various country and company procedures.
* Stays attuned to The Pacha Group’s occupancy and average room rate, month-to-date, and performance against budget requirements.
* Maintains an awareness of Concierge Desk, Business Centre, Guest Relations, and Loyalty Club policies and procedures.
* Maintains Open Communication and shares information about previous and future shifts through the front office logbook.
* Participates in increasing The Pacha Group’s revenue by engaging in upselling, walk-ins, and offering additional services.
* Enforces The Pacha Group’s credit policy.
* Updates OPERA immediately with any changes.
* Collaborates with Reservations to ensure that the reception is fully updated on the day’s arrivals.
* Manages any tasks efficiently and thoroughly as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Front Office Manager.
