SAP BASIC- ITS Expert - Technical Integration
About us
Sanofi is globally deploying its new back-office cross-functional system processes - covering Finance, SBS, Supply Chain and Trade across all GBUs - through the implementation of a Global ERP using SAP S4/HANA technology. This Transformation program aims at:
* Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics
o Common analytics by GBU and for Global functions to improve performance and cost management
o Transversal data consolidation as well as more granular analyses
o Common budget tools by GBU
* Facilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS)
o Support SBS strategy by implementing an end-to-end approach (e.g. P2P fully covered by integrated Group solutions from eBuy to AP Invoicing, T&E, etc.)
o Opportunity to consolidate new activities in Shared Services (e.g. Master Data Management, Credit Management) and to develop global Shared Services organization models (e.g. T&E)
o Support reporting factories
* Simplifying processes and Sanofi users’ experience
o State-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user’s experience
o Major changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once
o One source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework
o Improved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology
JOB SUMMARY
The ITS Expert - SHIFT Technical Integration is responsible to support technical team members on organizing, documenting and structuring their activities consistently across domains.
He/she will work closely with EA team from contribution to position peers till communication and support to SHIFT technical teams.
He/she will ensure functional teams followed core best practices and guidelines are followed by reading FS and suggest improvements.
He/She will work closely with tech teams’ members to ensure she acquire technical knowledge to support functional teams, and she will suggest technical evolution bases on feedback/discussion with functionals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In the context of the SHIFT Project, the main duties of the SAP - ITS Expert -Technical Integration are:
Design and Improve
* Read and understand the Enterprise Architecture guidelines
* Master SHIFT technical methodologies, approach and tools to be able to support functional design
* Read/review Functional Specifications and identify non-conformity to guidelines.
* Suggest improvements to templates, and core models
* Participate in processes improvements initiatives leading to defining process performance key indicators, supporting measurements and final process performance reporting design
* Work on Application Lifecycle Management tools integration points – on both, technical and process layers
* Collect and define critical processes related knowledge for ChatBOT creation
Communicate and Support
* Drive the technical documentation process and Lifecycle by proposing consistent structure and improve SharePoint folders, presentations and core documents (in format and content)
* Maintain intranet site, links to promote activities inside and outside the team
* Facilitate and animate meetings, collect regular feedback from the team, external partners and business.
* Ensure repository of deliverables are up-to date and accurate.
* Maintain and evolve ChatBOT used inside project
Develop
* Provide comprehensive reporting and Visual Management dashboards using state-of-the-art BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, SAP BO, and others)
REQUIREMENTS
* Expertise in SAP Basis and other relevant technologies.
* Strong understanding of integration principles and practices.
* Proven experience in creating and implementing technical guidelines.
* Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team effectively.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with external partners.
* Knowledge of various integration methods, both with and without development.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
