The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. Together with talent from multiple business and technology functions across our footprint, we are delivering a premium experience for our consumers.

IT Consumer Integration Product group provides integration platform services to its internal stakeholders, being multiple value streams and Product Groups across the IT Consumer & Commercial, various markets and regions. In our portfolio we have two key platforms, one being MuleSoft, another is AWS native which we build in house.
When you join the team, you will work in a dynamic and diverse environment. You will primarily focus on leading the end-to-end delivery of middleware platform services for multiple channels (being web, face to face, indirect retail, marketplaces, and others).
If you are keen to learn more about product development in practice and develop stronger knowledge in the engineering domain - our team of technical leads will be there to support you.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Proven track record in project management, including initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects while managing scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
* In-depth understanding of product development lifecycle.
* Strong skills in dependency management, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring coordination across teams and projects.
* Excellent communication skills – being able to articulate thoughts and ideas to engineering and non-engineering audiences.
* Ability to think multiple steps ahead and proactively address roadblocks, issues, and distractions.
* AWS practitioner basic knowledge. Proven record of projects delivered leveraging AWS.
* Exposure to Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Kafka, Dell Boomi, or Solace is a plus.
* Knowledge of Service management, Incident Management, and Problem Management is a plus.
* Business acumen in commerce and commercial areas is preferred.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
* Leading delivery of integration services, ensuring compliance to the internal and external clients.
* Supervise projects related to your service from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Partner with security teams to coordinate the self-assessment, audits, and implementation of remediations of registered risks.
* Act as an RTE in SAFe framework for Integration ART.
* Understand, implement and measure key Business and Engineering metrics around performance, quality, and availability and work regularly with the team to push the boundaries and improve them periodically.
* Play the role of IT representative to stakeholders from outside of the group.
