Reporting to the CFO, the main responsibilities are:
* Lead and develop the controlling team under his/her supervision.
* Propose and develop business significant improvement and efficiency actions based on data gathered from the different areas.
* Create and maintain strong relationships with the management team.
* Analyze, understand, and report performance of the consolidated statements to the senior management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
* Prepare regular timely financial reports and provide support on budget and month-end processes.
* Calculate variances from the budget and forecasts and report significant issues.
* Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
* Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls across the organization.
* Provide assistance with systems updates and changes, training of other systems users (SAP).
* Provide assistance with capital expenditure creation process, including cost center creation, project codes, and asset number requests.
Minimum Requirements:
* Knowledge on finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
* Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare ad-hoc financial reports.
* Business intelligence tools knowledge (Power BI / Power Query).
* SAP ERP Knowledge.
* Proficiency in Excel and presentations on PowerPoint.
* Previous experience in the industrial sector/fabrication in a multinational environment with subsidiaries in different countries.
* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in controlling or finance, with proper knowledge and hands-on experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Experience working with a previous big four is desirable.
* Degree in Finance, Accounts, Business Administration, or any related field.
* Master's degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience working with Private Equities would be desirable.
