As a Team Lead Data Analytics & Products, you will spearhead a dynamic team of data scientists and analysts to deliver impactful analytical solutions that drive strategic business outcomes. Your mission will be to identify opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve customer and employee engagement through advanced data science models, automation, and cutting-edge analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and delivery teams to create scalable, reusable products that can be deployed across Vodafone markets, always adhering to best practices and high-quality standards. Additionally, you will work with design teams to seamlessly embed advanced analytics into dashboards and applications, ensuring maximum relevance and impact in decision-making.
This role empowers you to explore and implement innovative techniques, including Generative AI, to enhance business processes while delivering digital marketing solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to optimize investments. Acting as a key connector between local markets and global teams, you will translate business needs into high-value analytical products and promote stakeholders' digital transformation. Combining strategic vision and technical expertise, you’ll lead by example, fostering professional growth within your team and expanding the reach and influence of analytics solutions across the organization.
What you bring:
* Hands-on experience in data science fields, including ML, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
* Proficiency in programming languages like Python and data handling tools like SQL.
* Knowledge of version control workflows for collaborative projects.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Proven experience in team leadership/Scrum/Coaching and/or people management.
* Advanced English level.
