Job Title: 530618 Modality Sales Specialist - Enterprise Informatics
Job Description: Responsible for identifying and creating growth in Healthcare IT (Enterprise Informatics) revenue and market share in Iberia, with a focus on Spain.
You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers as well as developing, qualifying, and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
Your Role:
1. Providing technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations and product/solutions demonstrations to customers.
2. Identifying new deals well in advance in the assigned territory of Spain.
3. Identifying key persons within customer organizations and building relationships.
4. Identifying possible competitors and their strengths and weaknesses.
5. Establishing or maintaining relationships with current customers and addressing their needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
6. Formulating solutions for customers by combining knowledge of Philips Solutions, expertise in hospital/clinic workflows, and customer needs to build the best winning proposals.
7. Informing and recommending customers about the latest technological innovations, including possible upgrades of the installed base, to achieve higher customer satisfaction and contribute to sales targets.
8. Collating customer insights for new product introductions and providing competitive and market feedback.
9. Participating in congresses, events, and team meetings in Spain and occasionally internationally.
10. Providing accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity by using Philips Systems.
11. Providing accurate forecasts and explanations when required.
12. Being the knowledge expert on products/solutions, supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing technical IT and workflow expertise on Enterprise Informatics Solutions across accounts.
13. Supporting the Account Managers and District Managers in achieving business goals.
14. Providing the best solution configuration according to customer needs and following business policy and pricing strategy according to established guidelines.
15. Monitoring competition and changes in the industry and providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations, including suggestions for expanding product offerings.
16. The role includes at least 50% traveling across Spain.
You're the right fit if you have:
1. Previous experience in healthcare IT Sales / Business Development (successful sales experience with emphasis on software and services sales or within healthcare).
2. Previous healthcare experience within Radiology workflow, Cardiology, or hospital IT department is seen as a big advantage.
3. Good communication skills at different levels of customer organizations.
4. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, being perceived as a trusted consultant on Healthcare IT.
5. University degree.
