Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion Strategy:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive market expansion strategy to identify new opportunities for business development in Spain, Portugal and LATAM.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
New Partner Acquisition:
- Identifying and engaging with potential importers and distributors, establishing strong relationships to secure partnerships.
- Conducting market research to identify potential partners and assess their suitability for collaboration.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Leading negotiations with prospective partners and ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Working with legal and other relevant teams to draft and finalize contracts.
Sales Support and Training:
- Providing ongoing support and training to new partners to ensure effective representation of our automotive spare parts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Implementing performance metrics to track the success of partnerships and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
