Descripción del rol:
Ferrovial Construcción S.A. is recruiting for an in-house lawyer for the legal department to provide legal advice and guidance on the day-to-day legal matters of the Company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Review tender documents, prepare the relevant risk matrix allocation, legal queries, and claims for private construction and industrial projects.
* Prepare contract management tools, templates, and notices and provide advice to ensure contractual compliance.
* Draft & negotiate international contracts and subcontracts: design and construction, EPC, FIDIC, contracts for data centre, batteries and gigafactories, procurement, supply, leasing, joint venture, consultancy agreements, etc.
* Advise joint ventures.
* File & control the companies’ claims, court & arbitration procedures.
* Build relationship & coordinate with the Companies’ external lawyers.
* Other duties as directed.
Qualifications/Experience
* Bachelor Degree in Law.
* Additional related qualifications will be valued.
* 6+ years’ experience in a construction company or construction/projects group of a law firm.
* Experience in data centers will be valued.
* Licensing: Registered at any Colegio de Abogados of Spain.
* Fluent in written and oral English.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
