Do you have experience in administrative management and documentation? Are you interested in the world of wind energy?
Region: MED > Customer Project Execution MED > Project Management Office
In CPX-PMO (Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office), we support all the process, transactional, and analytics activities to the CPX organization to reach the main KPIs and purposes.
Responsibilities:
* Download, organize, and store necessary documents for the projects: contracts, costs, serial numbers, letters from customers and suppliers...
* Documentation related to local requirements for each country.
* Communication with the Service Team and Project Managers to inform about costs, hours, service orders, dates...
On the other hand, you will learn how to use our internal application to ensure good performance and help users in case of problems.
Qualifications:
* Studies in documentation, business administration, or similar.
* 1-3 years of experience working with documentation and administrative tasks.
* Experience with SAP or similar software.
* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian.
* Well organized.
* Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
* Technological mindset.
