YOUR TASKS:
1. You are part of an international team of technical experts within service engineering working in various locations
2. You develop solutions to technical questions relating to the mechanical drive train of wind turbines
3. You are the central contact point between the local service organizations and construction teams, as well as quality assurance and product development
4. You initiate and coordinate root cause analyses and use your specialist knowledge to support the development of sustainable corrective measures
5. You assert claims against third parties and develop commercial solutions in close cooperation with the respective local service organization, purchasing and the legal department
6. You improve standards and processes and ensure permanent knowledge transfer between the relevant departments and locations
7. You take responsibility for mechanical components, monitor their condition and identify potential quality deviations
YOUR PROFILE:
8. You have successfully completed a technical degree (mechanical engineering or comparable)
9. You have knowledge about root cause analyses and the sustainable elimination of systematic errors (e.g. in the application of the 8D methodology)
10. Preferably you already have many years of experience in dealing with mechanical assemblies, ideally planetary gears (e.g. design and development, production or quality assurance)
11. You speak very good business English and preferably have good to very good knowledge of German
12. You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, ideally you already have experience using Microsoft PowerBI or SQL databases
13. You are results-oriented, highly analytical, consistent and dynamic
14. You are a team player and are willing to travel occasionally (willingness to travel approx. 10%)
