Supply Chain Manager (Industrial Sector)
A leading multinational company in the packaging sector is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for Supply Chain Management (SCM) of two manufacturing sites based in Madrid, overseeing Customer Services, Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics Warehouse Departments.
Location: Madrid South, with responsibility over two sites – regular travelling between the two sites is required.
Working Hours: Full Time. Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 (with lunch break). Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. On-site. Teleworking is not possible.

Staff in Charge: Approximately 25 employees
Type of Contract: Permanent
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent.
2. Master's degree in Supply Chain is highly valued.
3. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same packaging sector, or in multi-site organizations of a similar size.
4. Experience in a multinational industrial environment.
5. Experience working as SCM in an industrial production plant.
6. Experience managing production planning.
7. Experience in managing SOP.
8. Languages required: Spanish fluent, English professional (level C1 equivalent).
9. Excellent Office skills.
10. Driver's license and own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the Production Planning process, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics departments, taking ownership of the objectives associated with each function and managing the team.
2. Maximize customer satisfaction while considering production needs and requirements (KPIs, policies, procedures, etc.), as well as quality and HSE regulations.
3. Lead the SOP process, coordinating the different needs and requirements of planning, production, capacity, etc., and anticipating imbalances between demand and capacity in collaboration with stakeholders within the organization.
4. Distribute volumes in the plants considering capacity and demand, technical capabilities, and quality requirements to provide maximum value to the company.
5. Work as a team with other stakeholders (commercial, technical, financial, operations, etc.) to ensure efficient processes, accommodating various interests and generating a team spirit.
6. Manage and take responsibility for the budget related to Supply Chain.
7. Ensure that the Supply Chain teams and processes have the necessary resources, tools, and training to provide good service to customers and other departments.
8. Support the commercial team in client interactions, participating in meetings and calls regarding Supply Chain matters.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, delivering results with a high level of quality in line with the culture of continuous improvement.
