Your role:
As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and leading process improvements that support operational efficiency and maintain best-in-class quality. You will troubleshoot and monitor system and process issues using a root cause analysis (RCA) approach to identify trends and eliminate underlying problems. In this role, you will analyze processes holistically to gauge their value to end-users and assess the potential impact of changes. You will engage with end-users and management to gather insights on business needs, ensuring that feedback on process performance is collected and utilized effectively. Your responsibilities will also include creating, sustaining, and reviewing process documentation to maintain governance across the organization.
Who you are:
* Experience working effectively in diverse teams, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to track and prioritize key tasks.
* Employ advanced analytical skills to tackle complex problems and approach challenges from innovative perspectives.
* Possess proven experience in business process design and implementation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* 4+ years professional experience in a customer facing environment.
* 2+ years professional experience in a business facing process improvement, project management or similar role.
* Fluent in English, other EU languages are preferred.
