Your role
As Parts Specialist, you will be challenged supporting the service business grow, and understanding our customer's needs, to further enhance the reputation of our products.
Main responsibilities include:
* Define and implement the divisional service strategy for the product pillar (e.g. spares, service contracts, new service products, etc).
* Offer structured, professional, and timely day-to-day support to the world-wide network of Customer Centers.
* Play an active role in product development to ensure the highest focus on the service business possible development.
* Following the strategy: define and create spare parts in our systems, supporting the development of the documentation in the most efficient way.
You will report to the Technical Support Manager of the Product Company with a dotted line towards the Power Technique Service Product Manager.

Educational and experience requirements
Mechanical or equivalent Technical or bachelor's degree is preferred, and equivalent experience is also evaluated.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in service, spare parts or engineering environment, with daily contact with customers.
Knowledge
* Technical knowledge of Power and energy machinery and/or submersible pumps is a plus.
* Software skills e.g. MS Office and SAP would be an asset.
* Full professional competence in English is a must. Fluency in any additional languages will be a plus.
* Power BI skills and analytics is a plus.

Job location
This position will be based in Product Company Zaragoza, as a local assignment, with flexible working hours and remote work policy.
