As Project Manager you will ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with the corresponding internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics teams, while following the internal processes of the company.
Your responsibilities:
* Communicate with the customer and foster an environment of collaboration and partnership
* Management of the project team, internal functions and sub-suppliers
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
* Cost controlling and forecasting
* Ensure adequate submission and revision of all project documentation requirements.
* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships to customers in collaboration with field service organization
* Ensure compliance according to Danfoss policies
Minimum Requirements:
* Technical or commercial degree
* 5 years experience in Project Management
* Knowledge of the pump, water, or related industry
* Ability to navigate in matrix and multicultural organization
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* French is a very nice to have
