Overview : The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on paid media, SEO / SEM and CRM. This role requires 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing, working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager and team members to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Paid Media Expertise: Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid media channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and maximize ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. SEO & SEM Proficiency: Optimize website content and run PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and ROI. Work closely with the SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager to align paid and organic search strategies, leveraging SEO / SEM best practices for integrated marketing campaigns.
3. CMS & CRM Management: Manage content management systems (CMS) to ensure smooth content updates and website maintenance. Oversee HubSpot CRM management, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and proper segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
4. Data & Analytics: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot CRM) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for optimization. Report on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven.
5. Email Marketing & CRM Integration: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and lead nurturing using HubSpot CRM.
6. Marketing Research & Insights: Conduct thorough marketing research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
7. Online Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor brand perception across digital channels and promptly address issues as they arise. Implement strategies to manage online crises, ensuring that the company’s reputation is maintained and that potential damage is minimized.
8. HubSpot CRM Management: Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and effective use of its automation tools to support marketing and sales alignment.
9. Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Demonstrate adaptability by learning new tools, strategies, and technologies in the dynamic field of digital marketing.
10. Event Support: Assist in planning and executing company events, ensuring they are integrated into marketing campaigns and content strategies.
11. Strategic Initiative: Take initiative to propose and implement strategic digital marketing ideas, contributing to brand innovation and maintaining a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO / SEM, content management, and CRM.
2. Experience in Google Search Ads is an advantage.
3. Experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and others.
4. Proficiency in SEO / SEM practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics).
5. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM, etc., for data interpretation and insights generation.
6. Strong understanding of online reputation management and crisis management strategies.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for creating integrated marketing campaigns.
8. Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
