The role will be focused on Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), the foodservice unit of Unilever, operating in 76 countries with a Turnover of about €3 Bn, and having the ambition to achieve €5 Bn by 2030.
UFS provides products like Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s, as well as training and trend reports for foodservice professionals. In Spain, you will be a key partner in helping chefs adapt to industry changes, like shifting consumer behavior, staff shortages, and rising costs.
JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As responsible for the area you will contribute through:
Distribution:
1. Analyze target results and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
2. Ensure product availability and track key performance indicators.
3. Deliver training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement.
4. Develop and execute quarterly business plans to drive performance.
Clients Development:
1. Develop and manage a targeted portfolio focusing on high-potential customers.
2. Identify and acquire new high-potential clients.
3. Conduct regular prospecting and follow-up for strategic clients.
4. Monitor customer performance via CRM, ensuring strategic follow-up.
5. Participate in customer visits, chef-led demonstrations, and activities to strengthen client relationships.
Coordination:
1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and strategy.
2. Perform data analysis and CRM monitoring to track performance and identify improvement areas.
3. Track and monitor incentive programs, ensuring team alignment on goals.
4. Manage various administrative tasks related to incentives and team performance tracking.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experiences & Qualifications:
1. Graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of previous experience managing accounts within the HORECA channel.
3. Intermediate level of English.
4. Experience with platforms such as UVE, Forcemanager, PowerBi.
