Industry Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Develop new and manage existing channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by the instruction from headquarters.
2. Promote the Company branding with distributor and partners together.
3. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners to build business.
4. Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
5. Provide proposals, quotations, and pricing to partners.
6. Develop a profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity.
7. Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions.
8. Conduct business reviews with partners and recommend improvements.
9. Fulfill and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions, and orders of immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, should business needs so require, and, therefore, are deemed to be production assignments.
Qualifications:
1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in a distribution and channel management role in the ICT related industry.
3. Demonstrated strong passion for sales and a good track record of achieving sales targets in a channel environment.
4. Possess strong passion for the Technology industry, particularly in Servers, Networks, and Generative AI Technologies.
5. Experience in marketing and sales programs will be an added advantage.
6. Effective communicator with good interpersonal competencies.
7. Working proficiency in Spanish and local language, willing to travel.
