Job Title: Site Tech ManagerPurpose of Job Role: The Site Tech Manager collaborates with the site team to build local capability and drive measurable value from existing and new innovative technology at the site. The role is accountable for ensuring all site Tech systems are available, secure, and compliant with standards. It also involves managing internal and external Tech providers against expected service levels.Key Responsibilities:Implement foundational, advanced, and digital Tech solutions at the site to support and drive improvements in safety, service, cost, and quality KPIs.Ensure IT/OT networks remain secure and compliant with standards.Champion the adoption and use of Data & Analytics capabilities to drive performance improvement and collaborate with the site team to deliver increased value.Collaborate with the site senior leadership team (SLT) to prioritize key Tech projects and strategy for the site over multiple years.Manage the local Tech team in delivering foundational, advanced, and innovative projects to maximize value for the site using agile, value-driven methodology.Champion Tech capability building across all site teams through various learning resources and hands-on user training. Work with SLT to identify and resolve any capability gaps.Act as the site Tech subject matter expert (SME), maintaining and sharing deep site Tech expertise and knowledge, and facilitate input from other internal and external subject matter experts when appropriate.Lead cross-functional teams at the site to deliver value through Tech-led projects.Build internal and external collaboration with local Tech vendors, universities, and other companies to stay current with the latest Tech and industry trends.Drive ongoing processes to ensure site Tech remains secure and minimizes vulnerability risks.Manage the site Tech budget and resources.Qualification Requirements:Education: Graduate in Science, Engineering, Computing, or a similar vocational qualification in a technical discipline.Experience: Comprehensive knowledge and experience in implementing Tech projects at an operations-led location. Strong expertise in current Tech solutions available in the marketplace. Proven ability to share best practices, develop capability across site teams, and champion the application of Digital, Data & Analytics technology for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Experience in GMP Environments is highly desireable. Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and critical controls for quality and compliance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse team. Proven ability to lead others to success in a line and matrix manner, combining strong goal delivery, collaboration, and teamwork. Practical experience in implementing continuous improvement and design/architectural methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TOGAF). Strong relationship-building, team-working, and influencing skills.
