Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat to Danishspeaking customers.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders and general support.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
* Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay uptodate with company policies procedures and product knowledge.
Requirements:
* Fluent or nativelevel Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good command of English as it will be used for internal communication.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customeroriented mindset.
* Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools and software.
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
