Collaborating with Denmark's largest integrated telecom and energy company, your primary focus will be within product configuration, workorder configuration, provisioning and re-provisioning, some backend development and post-migration scripting. Your Role as a Telecom Business Consultant 🚀
As a Technical Telecom Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to configure and optimize our customers billing platform and code middle layers for integrations and provisioning of services, as well as SQL queries, to deliver solutions tailored to the company's needs. You will collaborate closely with key teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical functionality. Your role will also include supporting our customer in their efforts to offer an optimal product mix and launch new products aimed at driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You’ll work in a hybrid setup, combining onsite days at our Madrid office with remote collaboration with teams in Denmark. Periodic travel to Denmark is part of your onboarding and continued collaboration, allowing you to connect with colleagues and immerse yourself in our company culture. Your Qualifications 👷🏻
We are looking for both junior and Senior profiles. To be considered you must have a minimum of three years of experience in the telecom industry, including at least one year of hands-on experience with SQL and configuration. If you are familiar with billing systems, it is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
An educational background within telecom or IT is also expected, as well as experience with writing code and creating SQL queries. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within dynamic teams are also highly valued attributes. High proficiency in English, along with strong communication skills, is essential.
