Keep reading!OverviewJoin our team as a Digital Brand Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing the local digital media strategy of a leading brand. Reporting to the Account Director, you will coordinate with a full time multimedia team to lead and manage the client and internal digital team. Your role will be working closely with a team of digital media planning, paid social and programmatic specialists to ensure smooth and successful executions. Your curiosity and proactive approach will help you understand our business challenges deeply and create effective media strategies that resonate with our consumers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the day to day contact for the client team, fostering long term relationships of trust and coordinating with relevant agency departments.Develop a comprehensive digital strategy for the product portfolio, optimizing the use of digital channels.Create and implement the digital media strategy and initiatives for our client, working directly with major social media and programmatic partners, and leveraging relationships for maximum benefit.Establish digital strategies and tactics that enhance engagement across the full funnel, with focus on branding caigns.Implement digital media strategies, overseeing the planning, execution, and KPI reporting.Forecast and track key customer metrics and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Utilize analytics to support data driven marketing decisions, continuous optimization, and ROI improvement.Manage digital budgets for each market and caign, updating the Account Director and client on significant changes during activations.Effectively control workload, coordinate and drive the team of specialists executives as a team transversal PoC, seeking support as needed to ensure project success.Manage, monitor, and update project timelines, setting realistic client expectations.Mentor, coach, and collaborate with junior team members and interns.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital planning/management role.Strong strategic thinking and tactical skills, proficiency in media planning tools and resources will be a plus.Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).Experience in multimedia digital caigns, with a focus on branding caigns.
