About the Role
As a Sales Manager at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales deals with both new and existing customers. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and effectively presenting our products and services.
Your contribution will be instrumental to the company's success, directly supporting revenue growth in both equipment and service sales while enhancing customer satisfaction.
This position requires availability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, international conferences, and industry exhibitions.
Responsibilities
* Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by aligning SIAE MICROELETTRONICA solutions with customer challenges to generate revenue.
* Collaborate with marketing and product management to develop strategic sales approaches.
* Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and assess their level of interest and urgency.
* Develop a deep understanding of SIAE MICROELETTRONICA’s value proposition.
* Present and communicate SIAE MICROELETTRONICA’s value to key decision-makers across multiple industries.
* Establish a structured reporting system to track sales performance.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
* 7-10+ years of experience in Sales within the Telecom industry.
* Strong knowledge of Wireless Market and Wireline Transport (Optical ).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Passion for customer engagement and relationship building.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with major CRM tools.
* Basic knowledge of Italian.
