Your key responsibilities
* Responsible for all Core HR retained operations.
* Understanding of all HR functions and concepts, including labor law and compliance.
* Conduct quality audits of data across the service line.
* Oversee and collaborate with various stakeholders on vendor management.
* Possess strong process and technical capabilities with all Core HR-related systems (global and local).
* Review and monitor Talent processes and policies and ensure all are up to date.
* Participate in special projects to strategically develop, implement, and administer HR impact.
* Conduct training sessions for Employees and Counselors.
* Act as HROSS (admin) for the Core HR module (SAP SuccessFactors).
* Serve as the first line of escalation for Core HR-related issues.

* Dynamic, result-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR processes.
* Self-motivated, confident, and high-energy individual with analytical skills & written and verbal communication.
* Excellent planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel - working knowledge of MS Office. Strong communication, subject matter expertise, and relationship-building skills.
* Ease in navigating computer systems.
Ideally, you’ll also have
* A degree in HR is preferred.
* Knowledge of labor law, confirmed with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
